So, if it doesn't cost you any more for representation, why would you not do so and accept more liability when you can transfer such liabillities.Besides, the agent is going to take you in their car, buy you lunch, lets you stop at the store for a minute, maybe even walk your dog, so why not use them?

Will Sifert Sorry I forgot to mention the dollar amount for leads....If I receive all of the leads and have to qualify them and work with them, I would treat it more like a bird dog instead of a wholesale deal.
