Spend some time and look up the requirements for all the related professions in the real estate industry and what licens is required.Then look up fraud cases, scams and issues where people were acting in the capacity of some profession and charging a fee and the liability they had and outcome for performing services without the proper license.I don't know if the guy who advertised is a starving engineer or not, he did not say.

Not saying or indicating such shows the incompetence on the LA and still puts them in somewhat hot water...See if another agent can look it up and check the back door comments where they aren't publicly displayed...MLS listings usually have those and if there's any, it can also lead into any possibilities.

You could easily add a rotating or random ad script that would display ads off to the right.Another cool benefit would be a free web page with the pro membership - this could be for an extended profile or used however the member wants to use it for such as listing available properties.

I know BP has some risk lovers so I am curious to see what people say.My guess is that the answer will vary based on the level of confidence one has in their ability to identify great projects and "bet" on the outcome and their skill in accomplishing a desired goal.
