Now some new construction say in Texas were they can pop out 120k new homes will go for rentals.. and I have seen some of that in Memphis.. and this is a good option to buying older used homes.. but still again if you saturate a new construction development with renters your values don't go up.. they will stay the same and go down and then only sell for cash flow hurdles and cash flow acceptance by the market.And since the mantra is cash flow values tend to be based on soup de jour cash flow numbers..

Over the summer i saw a building in DE built in 1682.Typically older buildings do not have up dated mechanicals, electrical, heat, plumbing and AC.

I am trying to find deals to buy in my local area ( Delaware County, PA ) but i'm having a tough time finding wholesale people that sell what i'm looking for. 

You talk about turning someone's attempt at "momentum" right against them, Obama is toxic in local constituencies that aren't populated with his sycophants and she capitalized on this by siding herself with names that don't mean anything to us, but mean something to Delaware voters in their local community.

Set back, cul-de-sac, private with woods and up against a golf course.
