I'd consider LED as they can take more abuse (on off on off on off) (moisture), and they're cheaper than a new fixture....

Not sure about your state, but in NYS it's illegal for us to deny a tenant based on an eviction history (thanks 2019 Tenant Protection Act).

They can choose to provide or not.I have always processed only one at a time, either approving it, or denying with adverse action letter, and moving on to next applicant.Of course, if you are buying a house, or just purchasing a used car, the relevant information and decisions will be significantly different for those situations.
