I've am working on gathering a list of regional banks and am ready to call their lending departments but I thought before I do I might as well see if anyone on BP has a reference that they have worked with before with success.

Department of Housing and Urban Development, a low income in the city of Seattle is $74,785 (even though that wouldn't be considered low-income in most other places).

US Bank also has a manufactured home lending department for homes in parks but I don't know the direct number to that department.S NW Homebuyers Colonial Home Loans 21st Mortgage I have contact info for all but US Bank.

I applied for a refi on 8/1 and it closed on 9/1 as owner occupied 30 year fixed with Bank1. This has been my first house (its SFH) and I have lived continuously in it for 6 years.
I saw another house(also SFH)...

From the building department's perspective, you'll need an egress door or window in the actual bedroom.

I am worried about the quality of their IT department that can even suggest such a stupid idea.Just use a VPN to log on these site and you will have no problem.

This is something that is typically overseen now by building departments in each county for very good reason.

Also really wanting to update the floors, not too sure if we’re going to go vinyl or tile, vinyl is a lot more cost effective obviously, but not sure how it will hold up with tenants in the future- any good/bad experience in this department?
