We now need something of a "prospectus" to give to some investors that I know (live in foreign country).

Ditto for wind power (even the giant windmills springing up all around the country).But it wouldn't hurt to ask the salesman for a detailed break-even analysis.

Ali your area and asset class type will be defined by how much cash you have to start.I don't know where your location is overseas but I know in some of those countries there is trouble here getting a loan.

Just be careful you do not lead them down the wrong path when consulting with them if they truly needed an attorney.
