Do a market analysis and find a joint venture partner, run the numbers to see if it makes sense.

I have a crew of people (sub-contractors) that I work with constantly and I could easily manage 5-6 flips at a time and looking for the best way to go about that.  

Maybe a joint venture would work.

Crowd funding, fund feeders, club deals, joint ventures, and all kinds of deal structures can all be useful forms of getting financing organised and getting returns.
