Jumping right in, I was told today that I would have to cough up $349,000 DN for a $1,000,000+  4 plex.  25% would have been $287,500, which would have been easy.So now I'm considering breaking my IRA, cleaning out my savings,  and selling off a few things in order to satisfy that.Anyone know of another way to get the additional $61,500 short of making a lower offer?

This is our first time doing an FHA 203K we are not doing any updates to the kitchen nor the bathroom just making sure the house is functioning running new electrical wire, repairing plumbing, back stairs, doors, few windows, painting, roofs, garage doors, finishing wood floors, and cleaning.

Don't have much to share quite yet :)@Jenkins RamonMeat and Potatoes Below:Price: $140k Rent: $1,560/moWater: $60/moPrinciple and Interest: $525/moInsurance: $80/moTaxes: $320/moCashflow: $575/mo (those numbers are a little inflated since I made the purchase decision on more conservative numbers of including 8% vacancy loss ($125/mo) and additional cleaning and maintenance costs of $100/mo so when I ran final conservative numbers I was at $350/mo.
