He says it has an ARV of $525,000 when finished.

Ignoring that stipulation, let's say we finish remodeling/reno at the end of March and it goes from the market value (235k) to 334k.

@Joseph Phillip the Navy Yard area has already gone through a boom in development as developers a finishing up building large apartment buildings around the baseball stadium.
