As of right now, their logic about upfront cost and PMI insurance associated with an FHA makes sense.

Having the integration they offer (lease customization, for rent postings, tenant screening, collection of rents, etc.) seems like a powerful tool especially with the extremely nominal costs associated with each one.Has anyone used either (or both) options and if so, what has been your experience with them? 

Also, what cost may be associated with snow?

After purchasing the property, we have installed privacy walls on a deck, something that about 50% of properties in the association has.

I am finding ADU units that are not obvious ADUs that are in areas that have a fair amount of duplexes to quad are being valued similar to the associated multiplex which is still typically lower than the hands off cost.  

It might be either over priced or there is something associated with the property itself.
