Move to the area that provides the most opportunity to be happy (or has a good airport to get you affordably to places to play). 

It sounds like the buyer cannot afford to buy this property, and probably shouldn't.

You make your money buy, so good deals are often the most affordable (worst) house in a decent (best) neighborhood. 

Get to know you customer base(what kind of payment can they afford).
