I haven't tried listening while working out, I need that pump me up music to get me thru killer workouts.

There are lots of other books out there besides what you can find on BiggerPockets, if books arent your thing there are plenty of YouTube videos as well!

@Lynn Currie I saw your video post they moved to the Marketplace, I can't comment on the post there as a regular free member, but I did subscribe to your YouTube and plan to come back the videos after the weekend.
