Particleboard is bad enough, but now it's barely strong enough to hold up the cabinets.

From the tenant side, it's a bare bones, basic portal which is fine.

Sorry, I mean of course Wyoming has incentives their population is barely larger than the city of Oakland.

I would actually consider investing with bare minimum of 1% rule and has a relatively low home prices compared to other states in the US which makes it an attractive destination for investors who gets a good return on their investment.

Most of the properties I've looked at barely, if at all, pass the $100-$200/unit rule on here.

My landlord friend had one a few months ago and the basement occupant barely made it out.

Winter months barely break even.

But I'm looking to rent to families as the unit is near great schools (for Vegas at least.)The rent just barely covers the mortgage.

I don’t barely make any money off of it because only 4 units are using it (averages $60-70/month), but it definitely increased my rent on the unit I renovated and then rented out two months after buying the place.
