My process has to fairly quick. 

My other expenses are very minimal as I am being very frugal for the foreseeable future.I don't start working until late august but i am trying to start my real estate investing career as quickly as possible.

I think it's important to learn how to manage them yourself but I quickly learned that I am a very good property manager, so I created a company and started getting clients all while working full time.

If you really need to sell it quick, drop the price a significant amount.
