From my understanding, the software is primarily for property management and property based accounting but they just introduced a new platform "AppFolio Investment Management" for the purpose of syndication / fund management.  

There are a ton of options but I am looking specifically for a software that is reasonably priced, automates responses, syncs calendars, will automatically alert my cleaners of new bookings, and will work across multiple platforms such as AirBnB and VRBO.  

My partner and I are eager to connect and build our network which is why I have spent time here but am going to abandon this venue since there is just no reciprocation and many other discussion/networking platforms to choose from.

Then there are landlord who prefer that level of separation, and all communication is through standard 'requests' on the platform. i.e.

Obviously, I could pick up the phone and call whole bunch of contractors to get someone even get to work over months long period of time while educating myself, but wonder is there any widely used tool/platform out there  where contractors bid where trusted reviews  are trustworthy and contractors value their reputation and reliable. 

There are plenty of online cloud based  property management platforms that integrate with QuickBooks and other accounting software that handle everything from leases to maintenance requests, payments etc. big thing to watch out for is fees when using payment portals.ACH Bank drafts are free.
