There are so many apps and services that will avoid this, and so this means that they are not organized or able/willing to work with tech to streamline their business.I work with a high volume for my area and at the end of every day I have a clean inbox, returned all my calls, checked in on my current pending sales (I usually have 4-8 in my pipeline at any given time), and responded to all my texts and facebook messages. 

What phone number app or service do you all use for lead generation in your marketing?

Personally I started with Tellus App and Quicken Rental and Business software for management, but am in the process of moving to RentecDirect as an all-in-one management and accounting platform.

I followed up with the PM and the Maintenance Manager at 10:00 on their cell phones and I did not hear anything back from them until the following day.

No I don't use the app too much outside of the podcasts.
