The concept is easy, doing them well requires knowledge, more so than any book or program would disclose.

From there, I read various books as well, but I never got to a place where I felt confident enough to put what I had learned into action.I have recently been reading about the subject of wholesaling, especially on biggerpockets.com.

After spending a lot of time and money on unworkable an outdated programs, books and videos that claimed to teach the "secrets" of the investment gurus, BP has helped me realize that there really are no secrets or push-button shortcuts to REI.   

I've found that its better than ever here with the amount of info, books, podcasts, etc.

The local library is filled with good books about sales, Success Magazine is a good one for sales and entrepreneurism.
