I don’t know ANYBODY without a bias or agenda who has said “John…I wish I had bought Q3/Q4 2022 I missed the boat”… Why won’t you admit that real estate is down the last 12 months adjusted for inflation and investing in 5 percent treasuries is a better position.

Derek I’m in same boat as you are, I just went deep into the “rabbit hole” of real estate whoesaling.

Pretty much every generation since the genesis of the concept of generations got negatively stereotyped when they were in their 20’s because that’s the age of rebellion that rocks the boat, and it’s easy for older people to label them as making bad decisions, being entitled, using half-baked principles and idealism as excuses not to work, etc.
