I’m aware that I need to set up water and electric so I was hoping to buy a place with a structure already on it (broken down but with utilities ect set up) I know its possible because i’ve stayed in Air bnbs that are basically just a lot of land with 4-5 small cabin like houses on it.

Rate is easy to figure out without pulling credit, just be aware that if you tell us your are a 800 credit score and we find you are a 700 then yes your rate is going to be different.

@David Williams I'm not familiar with that exact location but be aware that Cleveland Heights has point of sale inspections which I have heard discussions on BP about causing lots of problems.
