Hello all im lookinh to invest in 2 condos in vegas by this summer im just wondering if there is anything coming down the pike that will make air b&b un appealing?

Purchase price: $152,500 Cash invested: $166,000 This is a 1,650 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage, totally renovated condo, with new central air and new washer/dryer in unit.

You can't even put a filter on some gravity systems which sucks for air quality.

If you don't learn how to generate money out of thin air or raise it then you're screwed.
