@Matthew Carducci seeing as no one has replied, here's what I'd do.If you want to use someone local, ask a local REIA group or join a real estate facebook group that has members local to you.

hey guys my name is Danielle just wanted to introduce my self.. started with the program flip2freedom by sean terry (great program by the way) i do wholesale for now and maybe later add more topics.finished couple weeks ago and no marketing and putting myself out there already sent out a bunch of postcards and got my first deal today also i  open a page on facebook a website and doing everything i can to learn more and get as many deals and buyers as i can..would love to get an advice from anyone whos willing to give it also if theres people that like working with partners on their deal i would love to as long as i learn from you guys..have a nice weekend and lets get some deals close!!!!

Scott's book on Estimating Rehab Costs and I am prepared to invest considerable time and energy into creating the scope of work but in this area, where there is high demand for general contractors working on multi-million dollar projects, it can be challenging to find general contractors who are willing to read a scope of work and put in the time to provide a detailed estimate for those of us with investment properties who aren't CEOs or Senior Executives at Facebook, Uber or Google.

So, while companies like Facebook and Google drove hundreds/thousands of high-priced cash sales in the recent past in areas like Palo Alto, Los Altos, etc., these events that throw lots of rich people into the housing market all at once are going to decrease in the south bay over the next few years.My point is, too many people talk about the "Bay Area" as if it were a single place.
