My wife and I are new investors in the Phoenix area looking for any opportunities that are available to us that can help us progress. We’ve decided to focus on wholesaling, specifically within the probate sector. In exchange, we want to provide value by helping you expand your network. We’re active members of AZREIA in which we run a sub-group called “AZREIA Millennial Investors”. We meet once a month and exchange ideas as well as strategize with each other in order to help expand each others business & individual network. I've made my dough working probates for 25+ years however I've never considered my deals to be good prospects for wholesaling. I guess it depends on what constitutes a reasonable profit. Personally, I look for problems that others cannot or will solve themselves, shush is why I have some many hundreds of attorneys who refer clients to my company.

If you upgrade to PRO you can promote your events and offers. I'm guessing that you are trying to attract lead generators?

I suggest you create a presence on the forums by weighing-in when appropriate and when you have something to contribute which adds value to the original poster's query and the conversation at large.
