I bought the mortgage from a lady who sold the property and did owner financing.

I left a message for one and never received a call back, but the other one was a lady wanting to sell...I visited her and looked at the house, which needed alot of work, but we were unable to agree on price, but I am glad I called back!

Hi Peter,It might be smart to find out why it's gapping.I am aware of a situation where there were several people out on a balcony during a party, it collapsed due to structural problems.A young lady was injured very badly.It might be smart to find out why it's gapping--and fix the problem vs just weather proofing it.Good Luck!
