Having a coach and mentor, as well as a community of like-minded, active multifamily investors, helped tremendously to flatten the learning curve.With any of these programs, I feel like the leadership and community are key aspects.

This reads like fraud. 

Without being a licensed mortgage professional some of these tools would not be available or more likely at the disposal of the marketplace and the 'research' or relationships they've cultivated with statistically limited mortgage experience..even as a professional great mortgage brokers and companies are hard to find...With 65%+ of residential transactions still involving a loans, real estate professionals with expertise in real estate financing will deliver enhanced value to their clients.  

congrats your doing all the  vertical as well or going to sell lots to production guys. 

@Samantha Zanotelli- depending on the price and loan amt needed - there are lenders / programs that allow 10% for a jumbo loan scenario ...the payment reserves  requirement will likely be 12-24 months of payments  and you are able to use part of any retirement account balance to meet this requirement 

First, short term, I'd like to expand my portfolio of just one property into 2 by househacking by owner occupying a multi property.

@Taylor Dasch, I think it will depend on the market you select (always should run the numbers yourself as well), but my Akron property is expected to bring between $200 and $300 / mo after PM fees.

It sounds like you have great experience to begin building a successful portfolio.
