Joe McCall's Wholesale Lease Options Course?

Recent winter months was the first time we have experienced typical seasonal slowdown since Covid. 

Typical end buyer is small developer who will buy on terms from me. 

Any ideas welcome and what type of real estate consultant could I look for to help me analyse my options?

Do PM's typically take $ of the top of repairs after they have negotiated lower rates?

The typical home buyer will be scared.

Another option is to pay the loan on a 15 year term.

Try to narrow down your options to the top 3-4.

You MAY be able to garnish wages, BUT most tenants may not earn enough to do that and that may not be an option in all states.

And I was interested in wholesaling some as well, but I just dont think that what I would be giving up by 50/50 splitting wholesale deals that basically I go find and setup, etc. in addition to the significant cost to join PD was a good enough value/ROI compared to some of the other options and programs that are out there.
