Do you have the person handle the front end activities (advertising the properties, showings, leasing, customer service, dispatching) as well as back office (collections, bookkeeping, technology/CRM)?  

My guess is the moderators removed it because it might be considered advertising, and this particular thread's forum does not permit that.

BP wants us not to advertise in forums so, Mr Roberts, I can only say that we have such an operation but,  on the Model of "Mercy Housing".

My agent said that they advertise on social media - but he did not and it seems they do not.

People are worried about vacancy, right time for advertising, competition with higher end building developing in the area, not so good reputation of the area…I have not read any problem about students not paying rents. 

You can see what is advertised, but there is no record of what things are actually renting for.
