My plan, detailed below, was to purchase houses in good neighborhoods/schools etc. at below our means that was around an E6/7/O3 BAH rate and then rent it out for the long term for either when we moved back, or appreciation over the years. 

So if the property was worth 100k when it burnt, you got paid 95k from insurance, you might have 5k in loss to report on your taxes, but again to be specific, you'll need to speak with a CPA on the exact details of your situation. 

We just had to take a tree down (preventative-- angled straight at an $$$$ neighbor's house) , and we posted a picture of it on CL, with some details, and got people to send us quotes.. they varied from $500-$3,000, with the average being around $1200.     

When you hire a buyers agent typically you will technically agree to paying them.

I think you need to provide more detail.

It is applied after possession however if you are having a eviction hearing you should be prepared to discuss the details of the deposit and damage going into the hearing.

Depending on what you are selling, if it is hot; have the buyers pay for them.If you're using a broker, contact your broker to get a detailed estimate.  

They can even give you more detailed information for each neighborhood and how long properties are staying on market for each.
