Do you use any particular software, use some kind of paper form?

Working in software myself, I can speak from the experience of getting hit up my recruiters that many small-to-midsize companies (beyond Google, Uber, Facebook) that aren't on everyone's radar are already here or in the process of setting up offices.

Long winded way of saying I think life is a lot easier with landlord rent specific software :)

I am trying to avoid receiving application payments in the mail, driving around town to meet tenants and physically picking up payments, and expensive property management software. 

The latch system isn’t wired, it’s just a door lock and software.

Hi @Angela Russo thanks for you response.This is really a less-than-half-baked idea at this point, so I'm not submitting this with a ton of conviction - really just thinking out-loud at this point.

As someone who is just about to submit their 2nd post after lurking for such a long time this is great to hear and makes me anxious to get more involved.

Does anyone use or know of a good text campaign software that can be used to remind your tenants of upcoming rent or general reminders?

We have submitted the offer and now we are waiting, hopefully the seller is ready to accept the terms!

I asked them to individually submit their request for early termination through email and that I would follow-up with next steps and options.
