The economy is still too strong for them to lower rates anytime soon.

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

Some argue with that since one can claim the lead isn't a client requiring fiduciary...

If you are still cash-flowing even after a bunch of headaches and repairs from the jump, I would argue that its still way too early to give up, that is still a very strong result. 

I have it evenfor a 2 nights vrbo tenant and it has not been a reason to lose any client,  the type I want to see in my property. 

Location is not an issue as most of them remotely assist RE clients with their tax planning and accounting. 

They do get paid well but I have found I make more from other clients than I would from traveling nurses.

Strongly recommend understanding of the pecking order aka capital stack, especially in today’s environment where every other day a new sponsor appears to be going under.

My most successful clients are ones that didn't overthink it.
