stay away @Judy Le  that just smells 'not legal' and when you mess with federal govt funds, you do go to jail/prison.  

I was getting lots of extended  family staying over for months and I pay the water bill on my multi's.My additional persons clause simply states that additional people that stay more than 10 days will be charged an extra $100\mo per person.

@Renata McCulloch, @Cameron Sigurdson as Christopher Winkler stated, I tend to stay away from exchanges and buy direct from other sources. 

I do believe in this area to stay good forever if the politicians screw it up.  

He is not following the swimming pool guide lines that were set out in the lease agreement (or there would be no constant mold issues.)

My builder will be 100% done by middle of next week but he is getting upset that we are not able to move in (staying in an apartment now waiting for the house to finish) as the bank is asking for 1.5-2 weeks after 100% completion to book a closing date.

The landlord business is not for everyone, and deep pockets are needed to stay afloat. 

Or should I continue to let them stay there at the current price without doing any updating/repairs and wait until they decide to move?
