I have a cousin that is extremely smart but never went to college.

Remember the bar to entry for wholesaling does not exist its below low .... were as to be a Real Estate professional especially in the commercial arena this takes smarts drive and talent..  

Does anyone have any experience with Inquiso, People Smart or Accurint for finding the owners of vacant properties?

Would Investors even consider looking at a mobile home if the park does not allow tenants?  

I will work very hard on becoming valuable to people, hustle my butt off, play smart as I can and see where it takes me.  

It might be a touch more expensive, but be smart with the risk.
