I've watched numerous you tube videos and read many posts through BP as well as attended webinars and I'm looking forward to sharing my journey and experience with everyone as well as continue to learn for my new BP family. 

You can tell them exactly what you want and monitor them through daily pictures, videos, etc., as well as paying them in draws as the work gets completed.

Often these inspections can be performed using video chat.

 ( not fast enough to stream Netflix, YouTube or play video games.)In my mind this is a deal breaker.  

Or a local union offers you a slot and they offer you a training wage of $14/hr mixed between classroom and job-sites.

I second the drone videos we use them extensively  .. although rural NV is going to probably look like one big high desert with nothing around.. 

But they've had photos and video walkthroughs etc!
