I'm not an attorney nor do I offer legal advice, but FWIW you can set up an LLC and then elect to have it taxed as an S Corp, C Corp, disregarded entity, etc.

All the cash flow from my existing properties stays in the bank account for each LLC.

I just had read all the real estate books from Rich Dad series from Robert Kiyosaki and I realized that I love real estate investment.

Well, if you are putting them in LLC, which could trigger due on sale, then I would spread them out.  

I really don't want to purchase these properties privately (do not have an LLC yet).

We got an LLC setup and we're trying to get started with some serious investing.  

I have rehabbed and profited off of two different homes of my own in the past and I just recently formed an LLC with two other partners.
