Putting all of your properties into one LLC makes no sense unless its a series-LLC, but those aren't available in all states.

speaking just from my experience it seems like after a car has shown a series of break downs, the pattern just continues. 

So theyll be ok with inflation at around 2.5% probably.Now the issue would arise if inflation starts to go above this, this would essentially force the fed into a tightening cycle which will have the unintended consequence of driving down asset prices and may trigger a series of other consequences as the cost of revolving credit goes up etc...Having said all that, I think this is a low risk since demographics, work from home, globalization and automatization all make the type of inflation seen in the 80’s a remote risk.

He's putting out daily stuff.But it can be tough as you never know when he's BS'ing and telling facts.A few years back, he released a series on interviewing people (kind of like the apprentice) and it's actually pretty entertaining...and a bit cringey...to watch.
