I am buying a family property out of trust in the Florence Park area in tulsa.

@Joey Morea - I totally agree with what you just said, my houses are also in Champions Gate and my community is very strict about street parking, in the last couple of days I've seen random people simply parking their cars in our driveway.

I have a tenant that keeps parking his two trucks in driveway.

We're located in the northern Chicago/ Jefferson Park area. 

What I don't have a good feel on is the TOTAL cost of the build from the parking lot / landscaping up  - understand it varies on a bunch of factors.

A lot of properties in Wicker Park and Bucktown are break at best if putting under 20% down. 

I think Park City may have some bargains this summer, but their long term rentals seem to be a steal and don't justify the cost.
