@Chuck WardCan you afford the home if it were conventional financing and you had to convert it to a long term rental?

I have all of my rentals, which in all is about 9, due on the first day of the month with a grace period through the fifth of the month to pay rent.

Don't be afraid to negotiate, particularly if you have a lot of rentals.4.

I imagine it's similar to St Louis but I'd be willing to bet it has more going for it and better appreciation.Happy to share some resources, learnings, and even history/performance of my rentals I've had for 5+ years.

I am thinking of adding a pickle ball court to our beach rental property with the hope of increasing off season rentals.

Also, the prior management had done a poor job and gave us upside in operating expenses and in rental income.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
