In some municipalities in my area, the sale of a property comes with a requirement to connect to public sewer.

Again, i'm not saying a group of people can't buy foreclosures by bidding at auction and, i'm not saying that they can't turn around and sell it right after, I'm saying that one needs to be careful as it relates to bidding at public auction.

With every government on the planet deeply in debt, you won't see any stable government (US, France, Germany, etc) paying more than a pittance to borrow money from the public.

They are publicly searchable, though in most cases you have to go to the physical office. 

The other thing is, and I have to be cautious because I'm on a public forum- I don't LOVE my profession anymore, I'm kind of getting burned out.

Just yesterday I heard that one of the data vendors just gad a hissy fit and reworked his data format while trying to eliminate an "unauthorized" reseller of his public records.Alternatively, after you know what data fields you need, you could hire a researcher to pull files to your customized specifications.

@Dustin Verley here is a site that will give you all the pertinent public records for anywhere in the country.  

What I found interesting was that on the county public records site, the land value assessed for this condo seems to go down consistently over the past 4 years. but the interior improvements kept the rate of the condo up- kinda steadying the ship and balancing the price.How important is this?
