I use Google Streets on all the addresses. 

Once we replaced to plumbing line out to the street we started having problem with our furnace.

Land = $47,500, street, curb/gutter = $75,000, and cost of development = $150,000 ea.

My other tenants in the house next door complain that one of her relatives, who works on cars in the street, draws a crowd of other car guys who sometimes drive recklessly, leave trash, etc on the street.

Maybe add some black window shutters, I think that would give it some more street appeal and would be much cheaper.
