My question is:Is it worth taking her to court to move her fence 2.7 feet over to her side, pay all the legal fees involved with this, and have an unhappy neighbor or should I just build my privacy fence around her and move on?

Instead of denying them, can we refer them directly over to the owner for them to sign a lease with the owner who is willing to effectively manage the contract, payment and relationship BUT would still want to retain us (albeit for a lower fee) to deliver ONLY guest and property care activities (guest communications, organizing cleaning, lawn and pool care etc).

When I found deals they would partner with me and either buy the deal from me and pay me a flat fee, or we would partner on the deal and I would see it through till the end.

And they charge late dues at midnight on the 5th so I don’t have to tell my tenants they owe the additional $75 late fee. lol
