As everyone knows, LLC stands for Limited Liability Corporation and every person I ever met who tried to sell me on the facts that LLC's are great, for any purpose, never told the entire truth because for the Average Joe an LLC does not limit his liability and an LLC does not stop creditors from going after assets outside the LLC.

@Cedric Volkmer -Like that you're looking outside the box....Hotel conversions are tough, because of the building layout and in most cases the location. 

All but one of the windows is boarded up but, from the outside, the house looks otherwise to be a solid flip.

More importantly that firm would be obligated to monitor your outside business activities.

This is good for you as this opens you up to being to find a CPA outside of your state.
