That adds up very quickly.And don't think people won't notice. 

They are on a month to month lease so I can legally give them 45 days notice to vacate for no reason which I am fixing to do. 

Presumably a notice has been posted on the door of the house.

Hi everyone - I recently purchased a property and at the closing table I noticed that the amount on the mortgage was significantly higher than the promissory note. 

You can give them a new lease with an effective date the day after expiration and they can choose to sign and stay or to move out at the end of their current lease.If they are on a month-to-month lease, then you can make any changes you want with 30-day notice.

@Kevin WuIm in SD and have invested OOS last yr. what I have noticed was the DP i made for the OOS purchase is almost the same as the DP i need to purchase a primary locally.

Any specifics I should highlight to tenant notice in addition to what I just mentioned above.
