@Travis KemperLook into what’s called a Letter of Intent, LOI, which is used in the multi area as a sort of “pre-offer”.After that I’d encourage you to submit what they request and as long as you have a due diligence and a separate inspection contingency you should have plenty of ability and time to back out.

I'm new to multifamily and am looking to understand what sort of loans I will qualify for when trying to purchase a 16+ unit.

Every time I have, they end up motivated to take their time, round up, etc.

That sort of response from a landlord is what made me hate many landlords I had.

Seems this is something they’ve been looking for an excuse to do for a while, in my opinion.Side Note: somebody purchased the house for them and has some sort of seller financing deal.

What sort of real estate investing are you looking to get into? 

-I want to look back and say 2018 is when I changed my life.I'm just sharing so I don't lose the motivation over the next year or two.So far I've just been saving for the wedding not investing yet.
