KREIA (and BP, of course) has been enormously beneficial to me and my real estate business and I would encourage anyone in our market to join this organization and get involved ASAP. 

At one time, I had a job that involves traveling 90% of the time, and even if the landlord provides the bills, splits it evenly, it does not take into consideration that I'm not even there using it.

I have been on the bigger pockets website for quite some time, but I am finally getting involved.

Did you even involve a lawyer in th epartnership agreement. 

Some deals will allow you in with only 50,000 but if you have no money I am not sure how you get involved.  

But you can decide to take more or less risk with those variables.If you plan to grow past a certain point it will almost certainly involve commercial financing so it's not really a question of whether to use it but more of how you use the different products available.

(again expensive as pets and multiple people/rooms involved)  Do you ask them to file a claim on their rental insurance for meals/stay?

Living on a passive income isn't my only reason for wanting to be involved in the investment world because I've always been interested in real estate and will most likely also try my hand at being an agent at some point.
