Why are they looking for KPs from random people on the Internet and not from within their own existing network?

I won't deal with wholesalers on the internet though because I never met them and 99% have no idea what a deal is or what they are doing.. so total waste of my time.good luck.

Correct me if I'm wrong, BUT the legal definition of wholesaling in real estate is to PURCHASE a property, then sell to another investor (not a retail user).

I know there is nothing I can stop County from digging information on the internet.

@Nancy Solano I have absolutely no experience in this area but I would think the internet is really killing the strip mall industry.
