Make your decision from there.

You are not going to be able to make a good decision until you have the numbers.

I have made some good decisions and some less than awesome decisions and thoroughly wish I would have known about BP years ago...but hey.Anyway, I am in the process of selling 2 of my rentals and looking to re-investment the money.  

It is just a series of decisions that slowly go down hill. 

So that is a major decision that I am pondering at the moment.  

Joe, great decision, not only should you consider buying using FHA, perhaps consider buying a fixer upper and using a FHA203k Loan to acquire and renovate at the same time.

We don't have the actual figures here in order to make an informed decision.

Clearly, it demonstrates your ability to initially transform a bad situation and coupled with that you showed your tenacity, decisiveness, ability to execute an action plan and being sequentially rewarded along the way with higher sales prices.

I understand that the ultimate go/no go decision is mine alone so I perform checks on the info provided.Believe it or not, I did not make this post to whine.
