The taxes were not paid for 2015 or 2016 and the only address listed is in the tax records is the homes physical address. 

Although I'm not physically in Syracuse right now, I've lived there for several years and bought my first house within Syracuse city last year.

You seem to be glossing over the physical toll many trade jobs can take on the body.  

I estimated the expenses at 12% more than the yearly expenses on my other existing property (which is 9 years old, also 3 units, same # of BRs, overall same physical condition, same neighborhood).
