Does anyone know where the path of progress is heading in Huntsville and who the major employers are?

The numbers work out favorably and I'll have instant equity but I'm currently self employed and would like to wrap this deal up before I file 2014 tax returns.

They are actually encouraged by our appreciation (a lot of the country is less promising).The demographic shift continues to swing in our favor and we are becoming a year-round market with more mature industries/ employment opportunities.

So, if you are based in a larger economy, your wealth won't be dependent upon only the military, or any other one-hit-wonder type of employment.  

Do they really think that employers will just eat that extra cost?

There are lots of reasons for this: no down payment; no job history; unstable employment situation (frequent transfers, for example); does not want to maintain/rehab a home; wants to live in a nicer area than buying would allow; ETC.We have some older women who could afford to buy, but like being able to just call us if something goes wrong rather than hunt down their own repairman and pay the bill out of their pocket.
