Based on your goals, experience level, and my assumption that high earning w-2s tend to be demanding of your time, I actually think that there are better ways for you to offset your w-2 income.

Yes, it is good area so I think it will appreciate, just we already bought with high price so not sure how much appreciated. 

Also, if in the future I ever do need to redo the main line it'll be more expensive (L&M increases), I will have already likely spent thousand installing and maintaining the pump, and I'll have more tenants impacted by a sewer construction project (currently a 3 unit but will be a 5 unit at that time.)Help.  

Can I get another DSCR loan on the next acquisition?

Think about the management fee, acquisition fee, etc.- Understand the rules of the syndication or the fund world (Reg D 506B vs Reg D 506C).

This tenant has been a pain in the *** and high maintenance from the get go, but we are stuck with them.
