I am getting release forms tomorrow from the enforcement office that wrote the liens and then will hand deliver them to the recorders office.What a pain.

Its a pain  - but I must say their customer service is superb, so overall I can't complain too much. 

In addition, estate planning is helpful in case health issues arise - especially when the partnership extends over time. 

Moving is a pain and can get pricey if you have to rent a Uhaul /hire help. 

More of a pain than online but that's what I like to stick with for that reason.
