Mason Dixon Line BRRR plans
My plan is to purchase foreclosed homes on the PA side of the Mason Dixon Line. With the low cost of living and lower prices of homes in the PA market mixed with the fact that MD is looking at a $15 minimum wage in the next few years, my thought is that many Pennsylvanians will be moving closer to the boarder to be closer to there $15/hr jobs. My thought is to buy foreclosed homes for $60-80k with a $10k renovation budget. This will allow me to refi and use capital to purchase more homes as I grow larger. I am currently fundraising (350k) for the start up of this project. Is there any one in the area who has this same thought, what am I missing, I am sure I missing things as these will be my first deals. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
Thank you!
